The Advisory Relationship
Unlike isolated consultations, CollegeMeister On Call provides an ongoing advisory relationship designed to offer continuity across the many decisions involved in the admissions process. The relationship is client-initiated: you reach out whenever questions arise, and I respond as quickly as reasonably possible with guidance tailored to your circumstances.

I provide strategic guidance and feedback only; all application materials remain student-generated and student-written. My role is to provide strategic recommendations and clarity rather than exhaustive line-by-line editing across unlimited drafts. Communications typically receive a response within six hours on business days, with expedited attention during critical admissions periods and approaching deadlines.

Scope & Professional Boundaries
This engagement does not include:

• Academic tutoring
• SAT/ACT tutoring
• Financial aid optimization
• Therapist-style counseling
• Legal or disciplinary advocacy
• Guaranteed admissions outcomes
• Essay ghostwriting
• End-to-end application construction or multi-draft essay production

Students are expected to serve as the authors of all submitted application materials in accordance with institutional integrity expectations.

I reserve the right to decline or terminate engagements involving abusive conduct, unethical requests, academic dishonesty concerns, nonpayment, or breakdown of working relationship.

Important Terms
The following terms are important to understand before engaging in CollegeMeister On Call:

• A two-month minimum commitment applies to all engagements. Early termination of a five-month or nine-month advisory program will result in all services rendered being repriced at the monthly rate of the shortest completed advisory term, with any resulting balance due immediately.
• After the minimum commitment period, either party may terminate with 10 days written notice.
• Services and billing continue during the notice period.
• Clients enrolled in the Full-Cycle Advisory program who wish to continue beyond the initial nine-month term may do so on a month-to-month basis at the same $1,667 monthly rate, subject to availability.
• Admissions outcomes cannot be guaranteed, as final decisions rest solely with colleges and universities.
